I’m Patrizia, and I created Miracle Mind Body because I know what it feels like to have it all together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside.
I know what it is to be 43, 47, 52 , 61 and feel more lost than you did at 22. To lie awake wondering if the heaviness you carry will ever lift. To pour everything you have into your family, your work, your responsibilities, and have nothing left over for the woman underneath all of it.
The healing I found - through breathwork, somatic work, energy medicine, and the quiet power of women in circle together - changed my life. And I’ve watched it change hundreds of others.
